2. About the service

JARVIS TikTok Automation is an AI-assisted content management integration intended to help authorized users prepare, organize, review and submit video content to TikTok.

Depending on the functionality made available and permissions granted by TikTok, the service may support video preparation, content descriptions, account connection, uploading videos as drafts, submitting content for publication and checking upload or publication status.

Features may be unavailable during development, testing, platform review or technical maintenance.

3. Eligibility and account authorization

You must have the legal capacity and authority to use the service and connect the relevant TikTok account.

You are responsible for complying with TikTok's applicable Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, developer requirements and content policies.

Connecting a TikTok account requires authorization through TikTok's supported authentication mechanisms. You may refuse requested permissions or revoke previously granted permissions.

We do not require your TikTok password to authorize access through TikTok Login Kit.

4. Content ownership and permissions

You retain ownership of the videos, images, text and other content that you lawfully own.

You must possess all rights, licenses, permissions and consents necessary to use, process, upload or publish submitted content, including rights concerning music, images, trademarks, personal data and the likeness of individuals.

You grant the operator a limited, non-exclusive permission to process and transmit submitted content solely to provide the services you request.

We do not acquire ownership of your submitted content through this permission.

5. AI-assisted content

The service may use automated software or artificial intelligence to assist with content preparation, editing, descriptions and publishing workflows.

AI-generated material may contain inaccuracies or material that requires human review. You remain responsible for reviewing content, checking applicable rights and complying with platform rules before authorizing publication.

No guarantee is given that AI-generated material is accurate, lawful, original or suitable for any particular purpose.

6. Publishing and TikTok integration

Publication features depend on the TikTok API permissions available to the application and granted by the account holder.

Where supported, the service may upload content as a TikTok draft or submit it for direct publication based on the applicable authorization and user instructions.

A successful submission to an API does not guarantee that TikTok will approve, display, distribute or maintain the content. TikTok independently applies its own moderation and platform rules.

Any automated publishing function must operate within the authorization and workflow selected by the account holder.

7. Prohibited conduct

You must not use the service to:

• Infringe intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights.
• Upload illegal, deceptive, abusive or otherwise prohibited content.
• Access accounts without authorization.
• Circumvent TikTok permissions, platform restrictions, rate limits or security systems.
• Distribute malware, spam or harmful automated activity.
• Misrepresent AI-generated or manipulated content where disclosure is required.

We may restrict use where reasonably necessary to protect security, prevent abuse, comply with law or enforce these terms.

8. Service availability and changes

The application is under active development. Functions, integrations and availability may change, particularly where third-party APIs or permissions change.

We may correct errors, introduce security updates, suspend malfunctioning functions or discontinue features. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. Fees

These terms do not establish a subscription, fee or payment obligation.

If paid functions are introduced, their prices and applicable contractual conditions must be disclosed separately before a binding purchase.

10. Data protection

Your TikTok account authorization can be revoked through the applicable TikTok account settings. You may also contact us about deletion of data held by this service.

11. Responsibility and liability

You are responsible for content and actions you authorize through your account, subject to applicable mandatory law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, particular audience reach, monetization, account growth or publication approval by TikTok.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory consumer rights.

12. Termination

You may stop using the service and revoke TikTok access at any time.

Where an account or stored content exists, you may request its deletion through the contact details above, subject to applicable retention obligations.

We may restrict access for serious misuse, legal requirements or security reasons.

13. Applicable law

These terms are governed by German law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules applicable to you.

Any exclusive jurisdiction provision applies only where legally permissible.
